By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms of Use.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our apps unless permitted by applicable law.

All content within our apps, including software, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, trademarks, and logos, is owned by Jabatoba AB or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
In-App Purchases
Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Unless required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store, purchases are non-refundable.
Advertising
Our apps may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads.
We are not responsible for the content of advertisements provided by these third parties.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the app for unlawful purposes
- attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app
- modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where permitted by law
- exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
Availability
We strive to keep our apps available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any app at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
The apps and games are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jabatoba AB disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jabatoba AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected and processed.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions become effective when published.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
